DSW – Front Line Supervisor
A frontline supervisor (FLS) supervises and manages the direct services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the professionals who support them. FLSs often take on a multitude of supervisory roles such as hiring, firing, training, supervising, planning and evaluation, working with families, etc.
NADSP - front line supervisor certification; preferred, not required
